
We have spent many years looking for the perfect location for our restaurant, a place capable of enhancing the philosophy of our cuisine.
For this reason we opened Bistro just up a small hill from the main square, Piazza Tasso, away from the hustle and bustle of the historical city centre making it a more intimate experience.

By choosing this location we are able to grow most of our seasonal produce in our expansive garden which is close by, ranging from lemons, tomatoes, fruit, nuts, vegetables and of course our own olive oil which is a staple part of our Mediterranean diet.
