We have learnt to respect meat on long journeys made in search of the best breeds and the best ethical international breeders and producers. By doing this we have discovered the love, passion and sacrifice behind each cut of meat.
We have studied the best possible cooking method: embracing the X- oven philosophy. Cooking takes place in an innovative charcoal oven that allows us to enhance the flavour of the meat whilst keeping it succulent and tender.
Our ageing room hosts the best cuts of meats that vary periodically so as to offer our guests something different each time they visit.
Bistro Sorrento, however, is not just about meat. We still follow our grandmother’s tradition of making our own fresh handmade pasta, accompanied by a selection of seasonal freshly made sauces with a modern twist.
Of course we could not but include a selection of freshly caught fish from the Sorrento peninsular. Our local fisherman go sailing every day and never fail to provide us a selection of tasty treasures from our amazing coastline.
